This is great EXCEPT for all the annoying sound effects that accompany the reading. Just read the story! I wanted good old Dr. Seuss. Not a cartoon. Makes me hesitant to buy any of the other Seuss apps. Wish there were a way to turn off the sound effects

I did not think the book would be in fragments page-by-page I have to swipe to get more to read out loud, its not as fun then to read it when you have to keep stopping.

I looked this book up for my 2nd graders AR program. She found the story challenging and fun, but I thought that the format it the story was read in was really dynamic and helped keep my childs attention. A great way to introduce your children to Dr. Suess classics.

Dr. Seuss would be proud to see how beautifully and faithfully his amazing works have been translated into the digital age. It is engaging, it is enjoyable, and most of all, it is original. Nothing has been added or taken away from the original stories or artwork. Its as good as the books and far superior to the horrible, horrible movies that are demeaning the work. Get the Seuss apps and love life again.

Classic book for learning phonics.

Story is fine but when you are reading by yourself (not having it read to you) it insists on interrupting you to randomly announce things which completely breaks the rhythm. There is no way to turn it off.

One of my favorite Dr Seuss books from when I was a kid. Adds a little more to the book with sound effects! Loved it...and I think my baby did too. Although he would like to give it 4 stars. (I think hes just hungry, otherwise hed say 5 stars too)

I wish this book was more interactive like the Green Eggs and Ham book.

Very funny and enjoyable tongue twister book. Great for the entire family.
